Job summary

Omnea is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to join our GTM/Customer/Finance teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will manage CRM data hygiene, run dashboards, and help optimize our GTM stack as we scale. Expect broad exposure and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

You’ll work at pace, often longer hours than a typical grad role, and gain hands-on experience with data, systems, and reporting essential to a successful B2B SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 1st class degree or top university background.
• STEM background and curiosity about how systems, data, and workflows connect.
• Willingness to work at pace with longer hours in a fast-scaling business.
• Strong interest in GTM engine, data, and reporting for a B2B SaaS company.
• Aptitude for auditing processes and improving data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration, data hygiene, permissions and workflow upkeep.
• Stay updated on releases and new features across tools.
• Assist evaluating and setting up new tools from evaluation to implementation.
• Improve data quality by identifying gaps and proposing fixes.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health and KPIs.
• Support incentive/tracking calculations and monitoring.
• Onboard new GTM joiners and train across GTM/Customer teams.
• Own recurring admin cadence and look for automation opportunities.
