Job summary

Omnea is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to join our growing GTM team in the United Kingdom. You’ll own day-to-day CRM administration, ensure data hygiene, and help configure and integrate the wider stack as we scale.

You’ll build dashboards, improve data quality, and support incentive tracking. You’ll also onboard new GTM joiners and own recurring admin cadence, with room to automate processes and influence how we operate.

Qualifications

• Top-class academic record with 1st class degree or from a top university
• STEM background and curiosity about how systems and data fit together
• Willingness to work in a fast-scaling startup with longer hours

Responsibilities

• Keep GTM tech stack in good shape: CRM admin, data hygiene, permissions
• Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and KPIs
• Support incentive tracking and onboarding of GTM joiners
• Own recurring admin cadence and look for automation opportunities
