Job summary

Monta is seeking a GTM / Sales Operations Engineer to own revenue systems, automate processes, and improve data quality across our CRM and related tools. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure scalable, reliable workflows and dashboards.

You’ll configure HubSpot, implement CPQ workflows, and help translate business needs into technical solutions while embracing AI-enabled productivity across the RevOps function.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in GTM operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar systems-focused role.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience is essential.
• Familiarity with revenue tech (DealHub, Forest, Gong) is a plus.
• Comfortable with system configuration and workflow logic.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Self-starter capable of handling requests and driving improvements.
• Clear communicator across commercial and technical teams.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Experience integrating AI workflows into operational processes.
