Job summary

Kinship is seeking a Product Specialist in London to ensure our Revit-focused tools not only look good but also work as intended. You will test features, resolve customer tickets, and help customers get the most from Kinship through onboarding and demos.

You will collaborate with engineers and customers to produce clear documentation, tutorials, and best practices, improving workflows for BIM teams and project leaders alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Revit - ideally in architecture, engineering, or BIM coordination roles
• A solid understanding of Revit family and project content, workflows, and common challenges
• Experience creating documentation, tutorials, or training materials for Revit users
• Familiarity with QA workflows - even better if you've done structured testing or used tools like GitHub Issues, TestRail, Qase, or Testmo

Responsibilities

• Help test new product features - from early concept to final QA
• Manage customer help tickets, ensuring issues get resolved quickly and customers feel supported along the way
• Deliver onboarding, demos, and technical walkthroughs to new and existing users
• Write support content, workflows, and best practices to help people succeed with Kinship
