Job summary

Kinship in London is seeking a Junior Product Specialist to join our team. You’ll help test new product features, work with engineers to polish releases, and ensure everything works in real-world scenarios.

You’ll also assist customers with technical support, write clear documentation, and learn about Revit and the broader AEC industry. If you love software, solving user problems, and making workflows smoother, this is for you.

• Experience communicating technical concepts in plain English
• A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies

Hey there — we’re Kinship

We’re building the content management and project tracking platform for Revit that AEC firms actually want to use — because we’ve lived the pain ourselves. Our tools help architects, engineers, and BIM managers standardize libraries, track usage, and eliminate chaos.

We’re looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our team in London. You’ll be the person who makes sure our tools don’t just look good, but actually work the way they should. From testing new features to uncovering hidden bugs, you’ll work with our engineers to help ensure every release is polished, dependable, and ready for real-world use.

You’ll also work closely with our customers to provide technical support and help them understand what Kinship can do and how to get the most out of it.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves software, enjoys digging into technical details, and wants to be involved in both product and people.

In this role, you will:

Help test new product features — from early concept to final QA
