Job summary

MillerKnoll in London seeks a Specialist, Revit & BIM technologies to own the availability and quality of Revit models across Europe and Asia. You will write clear technical specs and guide Revit engineers to deliver best-in-class assets.

You will work with product teams, define how to build products as Revit families, and ensure end-users in A&D practices can specify MillerKnoll products easily, with a strong focus on user experience and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years in an A&D firm, BIM management, or digital product management.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit; understand how Revit families are used in large-scale commercial interiors.
• Ability to build families yourself and work with our Revit engineers.
• Communicate with designers and developers clearly, and translate between them.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and technical teams across geographies.
• Use feedback and data to prioritise work rather than instinct alone.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for MillerKnoll International’s BIM/Revit offering.
• Build and maintain relationships with BIM managers and A&D specialists; identify gaps in current assets.
• Translate designer needs into briefs for in-house and external teams; develop some families yourself.
• Review Revit families for performance, componentisation, and metadata against standards.
• Manage asset distribution via MillerKnoll website, third-party aggregators, or firm asset databases.
• Be the go-to Revit/BIM expert within the business and support sales teams.
