Job summary

JD.com, via JINGDONG Logistics, is seeking a capable professional to manage day-to-day reverse logistics operations in Milton Keynes. You will ensure returned products are received, processed, graded, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting service KPIs.

You will lead a warehouse team, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with transport and other sites, and uphold health, safety and SOP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or reverse logistics management experience.
• Strong people-management and operational problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of WMS and inventory control.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reverse logistics operations including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination and outbound processing.
• Lead RTS, B2B/internal sales, disposal and donation flows.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including workload planning, productivity and performance management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, backlog, inventory accuracy and processing SLA.
• Maintain accurate stock control and conduct regular inventory/cycle count activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other warehouse sites.
• Ensure warehouse SOPs, health & safety and operational standards are followed.
• Support new reverse-logistics projects and process implementation.
• Provide regular operational reporting and escalation of key risks/issues.
