Job summary

Jingdong Logistics in Milton Keynes is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day returns processing, grading, repair coordination and outbound handling.

You will lead a warehouse team, manage RTS flows, monitor KPIs, maintain stock accuracy and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced operation. Experience with WMS and inventory control is highly valued, and you will coordinate with transport teams and other sites to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reverse logistics operations including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination and outbound processing.
• Manage RTS, B2B/internal sales, disposal and donation flows.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including workload planning, productivity and performance management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, backlog, inventory accuracy and processing SLA.
• Maintain accurate stock control and conduct regular inventory/cycle count activities.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other warehouse sites.
• Ensure warehouse SOPs, health & safety and operational standards are followed.
• Support new reverse-logistics projects and process implementation.
• Provide regular operational reporting and escalation of key risks/issues.
