Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a proactive Reverse Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring returns are received, graded, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining inventory integrity and KPI targets.

The role leads a warehouse team, collaborates across departments, and drives continuous improvement in reverse flows, with a focus on safety, efficiency and data-driven reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or reverse logistics management experience.
• Strong people-management and operational problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of WMS and inventory control.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reverse logistics operations including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination and outbound processing.
• Manage RTS, B2B/internal sales, disposal and donation flows.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including workload planning, productivity and performance management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, backlog, inventory accuracy and processing SLA.
• Maintain accurate stock control and conduct regular inventory/cycle count activities.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other warehouse sites.
• Ensure warehouse SOPs, health & safety and operational standards are followed.
• Support new reverse-logistics projects and process implementation.
• Provide regular operational reporting and escalation of key risks/issues.
