Job summary

Civica Glasgow is recruiting an Implementation Consultant for Revenues & Benefits to work with local authorities, guiding the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Civica solutions. You will engage with customers in discovery workshops, configure systems to meet requirements, and deliver training to enable successful go-lives.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support to ensure value delivery and expected outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes.
• Experience working in consultancy, implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers.
• Run discovery workshops to understand processes, requirements and objectives.
• Configure software to meet customer needs and standards.
• Deliver training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Provide expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities.
• Manage implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project.
