Job summary

Civica in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to work with local authority customers, delivering end-to-end configuration, workshops and training to maximise value from Civica's software.

You will lead discovery, configure solutions, manage data migration and risks, and collaborate with project managers and product teams to ensure successful go-lives and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes, including Council Tax, Business Rates and/or Housing Benefits.
• Experience working in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities.
• A collaborative approach with a focus on customer success.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers.
• Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives.
• Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards.
• Delivering training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users.
• Supporting data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Providing expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities.
• Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes.
