Job summary

Civica is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenues & Benefits to join our UK Customer team in Leeds. You’ll lead the implementation of Civica’s Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers, run discovery workshops, configure software, deliver training, and support data migration and go-live activities.

You will bring experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software, knowledge of local government processes, and strong stakeholder management to ensure

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes (Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits).
• Experience in consultancy, implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You’ll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica’s Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers

• Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives

• Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards
