Job summary

Civica’s Revenues & Benefits team is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the rollout of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authorities. You will work with customers to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

Responsibilities include running discovery workshops, configuring software, delivering training, supporting data migration, and managing risks and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes (Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits).
• Experience in consultancy, implementation or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers.
• Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives.
• Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards.
• Delivering training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users.
• Supporting data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Providing expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities.
• Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes.
