Job summary

Civica is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenues & Benefits to join our UK Customer team in Leeds. You’ll lead the implementation of Civica’s Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers, run discovery workshops, configure software, deliver training, and support data migration and go-live activities.

You will bring experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software, knowledge of local government processes, and strong stakeholder management to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes (Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits).
• Experience in consultancy, implementation or customer-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers.
• Run discovery workshops to understand processes, requirements and objectives.
• Configure software to meet customer needs and best practice standards.
• Deliver training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users.
• Support data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Provide expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities.
• Manage implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes.
