Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to unify reporting across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will own CRM data quality, forecasting processes, and commission calculations, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.

You will build and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and cross-functional data standards with IT and Finance, while exploring AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure accuracy for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or similar.
• Hands on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping underlying data clean and pulling pipeline data.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership visibility into activity, pipeline, and results.
• Measure and report on marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
• Own the commissions process and resolve discrepancies with leadership and Finance.
• Oversee inside sales operations and vendor performance.
