You are someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and making things work better for the people around you. Whether you are early in your career or already have some experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, you are motivated by helping teams succeed through smarter systems, cleaner data, and more efficient processes.
You are starting with a strong interest in Sales Operations, but you're also curious about how the entire revenue engine works. You want to understand how leads move from marketing to sales, how success supports customers, and how everything connects to drive growth. You are looking for a role where you can start by owning the foundations and grow into a broader RevOps remit over time.

What you'll be doing:
You will join the Sales Operations function, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CRO, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Finance teams.
Your initial focus will be on Sales Operations. You will own and optimise HubSpot, improve data quality, manage quoting and invoicing processes, and support the sales team on a daily basis.
As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to expand into Revenue Operations. You will help us design joined-up processes across sales, marketing, and success, automate workflows, and generate insights from data that improve the entire customer journey. This role involves a significant administrative component, providing essential support to the sales team.
