Ready to make every revenue opportunity count?

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to join the team at Novotel Leicester at an incredibly exciting point in the hotel’s journey.

With the hotel set to grow from 154 to 252 bedrooms, this is far more than a traditional revenue management role. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the commercial strategy through a significant period of growth, building demand, optimising the expanded inventory and ensuring the hotel is exceptionally well positioned to maximise its future revenue potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a revenue professional who loves turning insight into action. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s commercial strategy, challenging performance, identifying opportunities and ensuring we maximise revenue across every available revenue stream, not just bedrooms.

We’re looking for someone who can see beyond the numbers, understands the dynamics of the local market and can confidently influence commercial decisions across Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Previous Accor experience would be advantageous, particularly knowledge of Accor's revenue and distribution environment, but it is not essential. What matters most is strong hotel revenue management experience, commercial instinct and the ability to turn data into results.

What do we need from you?
  • Strong leadership skills: Our Managers are strong leaders with the ability to motivate and manage our hotel team with extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies that drive success.
  • Excellent communication skills: You’ll have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers and able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: You’ll need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions. You should be able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail able to review reservations and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. You’ll be able to identify and resolve any issues that may arise and analyse complex data
  • Industry experience: You’ll need to have extensive industry experience to understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the hotel and develop strategies to drive success. You should also have a deep understanding of the industry's regulations and compliance requirements.

Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards

At Aimbridge, we recognise that people are the heart of our business. As a Global leader, we are committed to representing our global community and offering everyone ‘A Place to Grow’
