Harrington Starr is seeking a senior client leadership figure to steer the agency’s most valuable FS clients, acting as a trusted adviser on how communications align with commercial goals.

You will bring structure to account planning, reporting and renewal, and help shape the agency’s offerings as services and pricing evolve, expanding into payments, fintech and consumer finance. Travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in senior client leadership or related roles.
• Experience in or with marketing, PR or communications agencies.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and capital markets.
• Credibility with CMOs and C-suite leaders, with UK network.

Responsabilidades

• Lead senior clients and advise on how communications support goals.
• Structure and report on key accounts from planning to renewal.
• Shape agency proposition as services and pricing evolve.
• Lead new business pitches end to end.
• Implement repeatable sales process with pipeline visibility.
• Promote AI usage across client delivery and business development.
• Contribute to board-level strategy and growth.
