Job summary

Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a commercially minded Revenue Forecasting & Reporting Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting of wholesale revenue, billing and cash flows. The role combines financial analysis with stakeholder engagement to improve forecast accuracy and financial insight.

You will work with Finance, Retail and operations to identify drivers and trends, supporting strategic decisions and annual revenue management of up to GBP1bn.

Qualifications

• Degree level education with experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with trend identification.
• Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and SQL.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Team leadership and line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting for Revenue & Settlement, summarising performance for stakeholders.
• Develop revenue and demand forecasting models with clear assumptions.
• Support annual revenue budgeting with bottom-up analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Retail and Group to align reporting requirements.
• Identify revenue and cash flow risks and propose actions to improve performance.
• Apply advanced modelling to improve forecast accuracy and insights.
• Build relationships and provide clear, insightful reporting to support objectives.
