Job summary

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Forecasting Expert to join the Workforce Planning & Optimisation Team, partnering with the Contact Centre Operations to understand demand and customer behaviours that drive service metrics.

You will extract and interpret data from multiple systems to build enhanced forecasting models, delivering robust insights on forecast risk and opportunities for both long- and short-term planning, while adapting to new Kraken processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting and capacity planning in contact centre or operations environments.
• Ability to extract, interpret and translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven capability to influence stakeholders and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand for the contact centre and link to service metrics.
• Develop and refine long- and short-term planning models, including new processes like Kraken.
• Provide robust forecast risk/opportunity insights with clear recommendations.
