Job summary

Checkout.com is recruiting a Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist to support the UK & EEA Commercial teams and broader revenue enablement. You will deliver high-impact workshops, develop training content, and optimize enablement programs to boost performance across the region.

You will partner with the VP of UK & EEA, collaborate with Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing, and manage training data and flagship events like Kick Off and Leadership Summits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial roles and/or Enablement/Training in FinTech, Financial Services, Tech or SaaS.
• AI native, tech-savvy and data-driven.
• Passionate about training and development.
• Experience creating video, digital marketing content, and social media content is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Tools like Clari, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach is a plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge of global payments is desired but not essential.
• Comfort presenting to and influencing Director-level stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions that drive behavioral change for new joiners and existing teams in Commercial.
• Build and refine enablement initiatives to support performance improvements.
• Field ad hoc content and support requests from Enablement leads onboarding Commercial roles in the region.
• Create training content for e-learning and live in-person training (Video content, Slides, Docs).
• Promote CMS/LMS best practices and maintain content libraries.
• Manage internal communications campaigns via email, Slack, and similar tools.
• Analyze training data to identify outcomes and gaps.
• Support flagship events like Kick Off, President’s Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits.
