Job summary

CluePoints, a leading RBQM and data quality software provider, seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to amplify the Commercial team's impact in the UK. You will translate existing sales content into a practical playbook, helping reps ramp faster and win more business.

You’ll own battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive materials, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product. A Docebo LMS background and SaaS experience are highly valued, with a hub-based hybrid UK setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building or reorganising sales playbooks and field-facing content.
• Experience designing and running onboarding or ramp programmes for a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Organise and structure sales content into a clear playbook the team can actually use.
• Own and maintain battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning material, keeping them current as the market evolves.
• Build and run onboarding ramp plans for new sales hires, plus ongoing coaching and reinforcement for the existing team.
• Identify training and content gaps across the sales team and brief our instructional designer on what needs to be built.
• Own content structure and adoption within Docebo, tracking usage data to understand what’s landing with reps.
