Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist to support the UK & EEA Commercial teams with training delivery, content production, and enablement initiatives. You will partner with the VP of UK & EEA to identify bottlenecks and drive performance through scalable enablement programs.

You’ll create workshops, e-learning content, and live sessions, manage CMS/LMS assets, and analyze data to close gaps.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Sales/Commercial or Enablement/Training in FinTech, Tech, SaaS or Financial Services.
  • AI native, tech-savvy and data-driven.
  • Passionate about training and development.
  • Experience creating video, digital marketing content, and social media content is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting/dashboards) and Sales Engagement Tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions for new joiners and existing Commercial teams.
  • Build and refine enablement initiatives to drive performance improvements.
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from Enablement leads for regional roles.
  • Create training content for e-learning and live in-person sessions (Video, Slides, Docs).
  • Promote CMS and LMS best practices and manage content libraries.
  • Manage internal communications via email, Slack, etc. and coordinate campaigns.
  • Analyze training data to report outcomes and identify gaps.
  • Support flagship events like Kick Off, President’s Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits.

The Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the UK & EEA Commercial teams, and wider Revenue Enablement team with training delivery, enablement activation initiatives, content production, process management and improvements, reporting and communication. Act as a strategic partner to the VP of UK & EEA, participating in regional leadership meetings to proactively identify productivity bottlenecks before they impact revenue.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions that drive behavioral change to new joiners and existing teams in Commercial
  • Build and refine enablement initiatives aiming to support performance improvements
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Enablement leads when onboarding specific Commercial roles in the region.
  • Build training and content for e-learning and live in-person training (including Video content, Slides, and Docs)
  • Promote our CMS and LMS platform best practices (experience with any Learning and Content Management system is appreciated)
  • Maintain content libraries and repositories
  • Manage internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Manage data from training and other initiatives (including the analysis of data to identify and report on outcomes and gaps)
  • Supporting high-impact flagship events like Kick Off, President’s Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Commercial roles and/or Enablement/Training in FinTech, or Financial Services, or Tech, or SaaS
  • AI native, Tech-savvy and data-driven
  • Passionate about training and development
  • Experience creating video, digital marketing content, and social media content is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting and dashboards) and Sales Engagement Tools like Clari, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach etc is a plus
  • Strong foundational knowledge of global payments (Acquiring, Issuing, Schemes, and alternative payment methods) is desired but not essential
  • Comfort and experience presenting to and influencing Director C-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of complex Business Revenue cycles
  • Great communication skills (copywriting experience is a plus)
  • Ability to prioritise and work well with others
  • Customer-focused and high attention to detail
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
