You will work to maintain robust data, support pricing strategies across market segments and contribute to a collaborative team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with administration, switchboard and computer use.
• Experience in hospitality or retail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.

• Utilise effective call handling to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Adhere to processes to keep data robust and accurate.
• Implement pricing and selling strategies to achieve targets.
• Keep competitor information up-to-date and visit competitor hotels as needed.
• Deliver superior customer service through established programmes.
• Promote a team environment and high morale.
• Consider revenue and lifetime value in new enquiries using market data.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues in Revenue and other departments.
• Undertake projects from the General Manager to grow the business.
