Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Revenue Delivery Team Leader to join our Revenue Management team within the Commercial Directorate. You will lead a team responsible for driving revenue outcomes across defined routes, guiding pricing and availability with market insight to keep BA competitive.

You will work with Sales, Network Planning, partner airlines and BA and IAG teams to implement commercial actions, analyse market trends and drive earnings growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong numeracy with data-driven decision making and commercial acumen.
• Able to build productive stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Comfortable translating insights into clear commercial actions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of Revenue Delivery Executives to deliver optimal commercial results.
• Review and monitor revenue performance, identifying opportunities and implementing commercial actions across routes/markets.
• Define and deliver market-specific commercial strategies, optimise price and availability across seasons.
• Lead initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth.
• Manipulate large data sets to uncover insights into customer behaviour and test new revenue initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and ways of working across the team.
