British Airways is seeking a Revenue Delivery Team Leader to drive revenue outcomes within the Revenue Management function. You will lead a team, define market-specific strategies and work with Sales, Network Planning and partner airlines to optimise price and availability across seasons.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data insights into commercial actions in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in a numerical/analytical field; strong Excel skills essential.
• Data-driven commercial decision making with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across BA and partners.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of Revenue Delivery Executives to deliver optimal commercial results.
• Review and monitor revenue performance within the Revenue Management cycle; implement commercial actions.
• Define and deliver market-specific strategies; optimise price and availability across seasons and travel periods.
• Lead initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth across portfolios.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights and test revenue initiatives.
