Job summary

White & Case LLP in London seeks a Revenue Controller to own invoicing, WIP and accounts receivable for a partner group. You will work with partners and matter managers to translate billing requirements into actions, ensure timely collections, and provide reporting to support commercial decisions.

You will be part of a well-connected Finance team with colleagues in London, Manila and across EMEA. This hands-on role focuses on detail, problem solving, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum of A Levels or equivalent education.
• At least 3 years of in-depth revenue control and collections experience.
• Experience with Elite, 3E, Aderant, or similar PMS systems.
• Law firm experience desired, ideally in an international client setting.
• Ability to inspire trust and communicate effectively with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with partners and matter managers to review WIP and AR balances.
• Draft and engross invoices ensuring compliance with firm policy and regulatory requirements.
• Review WIP balances to ensure timely billing and regular fee updates.
• Regularly review aged A/R balances and plan for timely collection.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly cash collection and billing forecasts in coordination with Finance management.
• Coordinate with PAs, Revenue Assistants, and Manila operations to ensure timely billing.
