White & Case LLP is seeking a Senior Revenue Controller in London to manage revenue, WIP and AR for a designated group of partners. You will prepare invoices, support collections and deliver accurate billing and cash forecasts while ensuring compliance with VAT and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.

The role requires strong revenue control experience in a law firm setting, with the ability to collaborate with partners, matter managers and Finance colleagues. London-based with in-office requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of A Levels or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of revenue control and collections experience.
• Law firm experience is desirable, ideally in a top 20 firm.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Review WIP and accounts receivable balances with partners and managers; document outcomes and actions.
• Own a complex portfolio of partners, matters and clients within the London Revenue team.
• Escalate complex billing, rate, and client-term queries as needed; provide commercial insight on realisation and cash collection.
• Prepare invoices and cash forecasts; assist with collections and ensure VAT compliance and regulatory rules are followed.
• Regularly review WIP/AR; ensure timely billing and update billing tools; support Revenue Manager during busy periods.
