Job summary

White & Case in London is seeking a Senior Revenue Controller to manage revenue and credit control for a designated group of partners. You will review WIP and AR, prepare invoices, support collections, and deliver accurate cash forecasts while ensuring compliance with Firm policies and VAT requirements.

Collaboration with partners, matter managers, and Finance colleagues is essential to monitor profitability and improve billing processes across the London office.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue control and collections in a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with billing, WIP, AR and cash forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of VAT and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet with partners and matter managers to review WIP and AR balances.
• Draft and engross invoices in accordance with firm policy and 3e filing.
• Review aged AR and update billing and collection action plans.
• Provide regular reporting on financials to Client Accounts Managers and Lead partners.
