Career Legal is seeking an experienced Revenue Controller to join its finance team. The role covers revenue, credit and billing, with responsibilities spanning monthly billing forecasts, division liaison, and reporting on billable time.

You will also manage WIP provisions, debt recovery, VAT/SAR compliance, and related credit notes, ensuring timely settlements. The candidate should have strong numeracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and proactively with

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue/billing roles within professional services is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS or Elite would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills required.

Responsabilités

• Gather accurate monthly billing forecasts with department heads.
• Be the first contact for one of the firm’s four divisions.
• Produce reports and analysis of billable time.
• Review and update WIP provisions monthly.
• Proactively chase clients to ensure invoices are settled.
• Prepare credit notes and manage debt recovery.
• Ensure VAT and SAR compliance for all invoices.
• Review bad debt provisions and chase letters.
