Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will identify retrofit, replacement and energy efficiency opportunities across commercial and industrial customers, managing opportunities from prospecting through handover, while building strong customer relationships and achieving revenue and margin objectives.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for customers.

• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.

You will manage opportunities from prospecting through project handover, building strong customer relationships and achieving revenue and margin objectives.
