Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a diligent Document Control / Project Administration professional to join our growing team. You will manage retrofit project documentation, ensure version control, and support audits within PAS 2035 frameworks.

You will maintain document registers, track submissions between internal teams and funding bodies, prepare reports, and escalate risks as needed. This is an on-site role near Dartford, offering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control, project administration, or information management roles.
• Proficient in implementing Pashub for compliance and document control.
• Experience managing large volumes of project documentation.
• Strong understanding of version control and audit trails.
• Knowledge of GDPR and records management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage retrofit project documentation within document management systems.
• Log, categorise, version control, and distribute documents accurately.
• Create and maintain project filing structures per company standards.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely review, approval and issue of information.
• Archive and retrieve project records and maintain audit trails.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation.
