Job summary

Equans, Leeds, is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role supports managing the PAS2035 process, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring high standards in energy retrofit projects.

Responsibilities include energy modelling, lodgement on TrustMark, and collaboration with field partners to maintain accurate survey data and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor qualified
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualified
• Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes and TrustMark requirements
• High levels of process knowledge around retrofit assessment and TrustMark
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) including report writing
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external partners
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 years working with the construction industry in general
• Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works

Responsibilities

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in managing and delivering PAS2035 process from assessment to monitoring
• Support implementation and quality checking of retrofit surveys and processes
• Collaborate with Retrofit & Central Sustainability Team to position EQUANS as energy efficiency partner of choice
• Provide energy modelling using modelling software
• Assist PAS2035/ PAS2030 lodgement on TrustMark per main contract delivery programmes
• Support end-to-end PAS2035 and PAS2030 customer journey to maintain high standards for all customers
• Assist in coordinating survey information with operations teams
• Monitor and audit external survey partners delivering surveys
