Home Group Limited is recruiting for a Scheme Manager to oversee retirement communities. You will ensure buildings are safe, respond to residents, and foster a warm, supportive environment.

You will supervise contractors, manage accounts and budgets, and signpost residents to welfare services to help them live independently. The role offers a competitive annual salary of £26,300 plus benefits and a commitment to wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Knowledge of health and social issues affecting older people.
• Experience in safeguarding and conducting risk assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partner organisations.
• Strong administrative skills for managing accounts, budgets and invoicing.

Responsabilités

• Managing the scheme on behalf of residents, ensuring buildings are safe and compliant.
• Providing visibility on the scheme, engaging with customers and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintaining clean, safe communal areas where residents socialise.
• Working with partner contractors for repairs and sourcing local suppliers.
• Signposting residents to services to support welfare and independence.
