Stonewater is seeking a Scheme Manager in Leominster to support day-to-day operations at Eaton Close, ensuring residents live safely and independently. You will lead safety checks, maintain compliance, and work with residents and contractors to resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.

The role attracts a permanent, part-time schedule with 25 hours per week, offering an opportunity to contribute to a large social housing provider focused on safe, supportive living environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in housing or customer-facing roles.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of essential safety checks (health and safety, fire safety, warden call) and ensure compliance.
• Support the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations at Eaton Close, Leominster.
• Identify and manage risks and safeguarding concerns to prioritise resident wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to feedback and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, contractors and external agencies to deliver high-quality service.
