Job summary

Stonewater is seeking a Scheme Manager for Eaton Close in Leominster to oversee day-to-day operations and support residents living independently in a safe environment.

You will lead essential safety checks, ensure compliance, and manage risks with a proactive, customer-focused approach to empower residents and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and take appropriate action to prioritise residents’ wellbeing.

As our Scheme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.

You’ll take ownership of essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system, making sure we meet compliance standards and deliver consistently high levels of service. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help you identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and you’ll be confident in taking appropriate action to ensure residents’ wellbeing is always prioritised.

This role may require specific qualifications, skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
