Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to support residents aged 55 and over across our schemes in Sefton/Liverpool. You will help deliver housing management services, tenancy duties, and maintain confidential resident records to support independent living.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and stakeholders, providing front-line welfare and benefits referrals, money advice where appropriate, and ensuring data protection compliance in daily record keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer focussed environment.
• Front line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits and wellbeing referrals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with vulnerable and/or older people.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retirement living schemes and tenancy duties.
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.
• Provide tenancy management and money/benefits referrals.
• Be the first point of contact for residents and stakeholders.
• Ensure data protection compliance in records handling.
