Riverside is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to act as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors at onsite facilities. You will manage day‑to‑day housing services, assist with tenancy records, and support vulnerable residents with dignity and respect.

You will liaise with partners, perform safety checks, and help provide responsive, person‑centered care. The role requires IT literacy and flexible hours to support multiple schemes.

Formación

• Experience of working in a customer focussed environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and/or older people.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tenant daily Passive Infra-Red (PIR) checks and respond to emergency calls.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Front line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs for the schemes and assist customers with reporting their own repairs.
• Promote safety and safeguarding of vulnerable adults in all aspects of service delivery.
• Travel to provide cover to other schemes as required.
• Work collaboratively with partners to promote independent living.
• Maintain confidential records and use IT systems effectively.
