Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on retention and growth experience in a physical product DTC business.
• Fluent in Shopify ecosystem, subscription engines (Loop, Recharge, Skio), and CRM/lifecycle suites (Klaviyo, Braze, Lifetimely).
• Able to balance acquisition cost with true long‑term value and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the test‑and‑learn framework to reduce churn and grow ARR.
• Identify drivers of retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase beyond vanity metrics.
• Oversee website optimisation and email/SMS teams to lift post‑purchase retention and subscriber yield.
