Job summary

Sky is hiring a Commercial Manager to support the development and delivery of the commercial strategy for Sky Broadband base management and retention. You will own strategic projects from insight through to business case, delivery and performance review.

You will lead cross-functional teams, use customer insight and financial analysis to drive opportunities and reduce churn, while aligning with pricing and product migrations and ensuring compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience taking commercial or strategic initiatives from problem/opportunity to recommendation and action.
• Ability to use customer, commercial and financial data to assess value and build business cases.
• Proven track record leading a project across multiple teams with milestone management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic Broadband base and retention projects with clear workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities, diagnose issues and build business cases.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams addressing churn drivers and lifecycle improvements.
• Develop and deliver initiatives moving customers to the right product, speed, and pricing.
• Manage strategy-to-delivery, risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations.
• Create concise materials for senior forums and drive post-launch evaluation.
