Sky UK Limited is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead strategic broadband base management and retention initiatives. You will shape the commercial strategy, translate priorities into delivery plans, and manage performance reviews to protect and grow Sky’s broadband customer base.

Hybrid role with three days in-office per week, focusing on cross-functional delivery, business cases, and customer outcomes. Strong analytical and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of turning problem statements into business cases and actions.
• Experience using customer/financial data to assess value and influence decisions.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams across teams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic Broadband base and retention projects with clear workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Use data, insight and financial analysis to identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to address churn drivers and lifecycle improvements.
• Develop initiatives pushing customers to faster speeds, better pricing, or migration paths.
• Oversee strategy execution with risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Create concise materials for senior reviews and post-launch evaluations.
