Job summary

Sky is seeking a Propositions Manager to join the Connectivity Propositions team. You will shape strategy, own roadmaps and deliver commercial outcomes for Sky's connectivity propositions, collaborating with Product, Technology, Commercial and Marketing to drive growth.

You’ll lead complex proposition initiatives, translate customer insights into actionable plans and manage senior stakeholders across the business while steering delivery and ensuring value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Propositions or related areas such as Strategy, Commercial, Product or Marketing, including developing and delivering customer‑centric propositions from initial concept through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and roadmap for Sky's connectivity propositions using customer, commercial and market insights.
• Lead development and delivery of new propositions, features and experiences with Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Own and evolve key connectivity propositions and programmes to meet commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Build insight-led business cases with Finance and Commercial teams to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Lead complex proposition change programmes with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify future opportunities and inform long-term planning.
