Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Team Member to support the new Glasgow Fort store on a 12-hour pattern. You will ensure an excellent customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with a friendly team to keep the store running smoothly.

You will participate in training, embrace ownership of tasks, and adapt to changes in shift patterns while contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience, delivering on service expectations.

We have an opportunity to join Team OB as a Team Member at our new Glasgow Fort store.

OB Team Members are approachable, resourceful and love working with people. They enjoy giving our customers a fantastic experience and work together to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be required to work key days across the week. These working patterns are subject to change to fit the needs of the business, and any changes will be made in line with your availability provided.

OB Team Members will:

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.

• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
