Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Guildford to support the store directors with retail operations. You will supervise, coach and motivate staff to maintain high technical standards and customer service while driving performance targets.

You will be responsible for leveraging KPIs to boost sales, control costs and maximise profits, supporting the management team, and creating a welcoming store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and motivate staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service.
• Use KPIs to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits.
• Support the store management team in the effective running of the store.
