Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Guildford to support the store directors with retail operations. You will supervise, coach and motivate staff to maintain high technical standards and customer service while driving performance targets.

You will be responsible for leveraging KPIs to boost sales, control costs and maximise profits, supporting the management team, and creating a welcoming store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology.
