Job summary

Specsavers Cribbs Causeway is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant/Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead a friendly, motivated team. You will coach colleagues, help deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store meets its goals while benefiting from strong training and career progression.

The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to develop leadership skills, backed by experienced optics professionals and store leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory, team leadership or management roles.
• Confident coaching, motivating and supporting a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues effectively.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience achieving team performance targets.
• Optical experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
