Job summary

Company Shop Group in Swarcliffe, Leeds is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive daily operations in our Community Shop. You will lead a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient shift delivery within a busy retail environment.

The role offers a 40-hour week on a 5-out-of-6 rota, with pay at £13.50 per hour and benefits including staff discount, pension, and on-site parking. Full training provided to develop leadership and HSE standards.
