Job summary

Company Shop Group is recruiting a Team Leader for the Community Shop Swarcliffe in Leeds. You will lead a busy retail team, motivate staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service while working a 40-hour week on a rota basis.

The role requires flexibility with hours, and full training will be provided. You will report to the Team Manager and help deliver day-to-day operations within the department.

• Support daily huddles and ensure tasks are completed efficiently by team members.
