This hands-on leader role requires the ability to step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.

• Comfortable with a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
