Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Team Leader in one of our Waitrose shops. You will support the shop management, lead Partners, and help maximise sales and service excellence while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role covers shop-keeping duties, stock replenishment, and fulfilling online orders. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, retail understanding, and experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to manage stakeholders across the wider Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and coordinate with other areas to meet customer demand.
• Ensure Partners operate in a safe and legal manner.
• Fulfil online customer orders for delivery to customers' doors.
• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place.
• Work with the wider shop team including checkout support and Click & Collect orders.
